[name removed] my physiotherapist was excellent and she was very helpful
[name removed] on reception was outstanding, she really went over and above to be helpful and kind, both on the phone and in person.
The practitioner I saw did could not find what was wrong, so she gave me a leaflet about some exercises, recommended painkillers and referred me back to the GP if the pain didn’t improve.
It was a quick examination which was not able to get to the bottom of the issue. I didn’t understand how she could be sure exercises would help/not harm since she couldn’t diagnose what was wrong and I felt they should talk patients through exercises/show them how to do them and make sure they understand rather than just giving them a leaflet.
My treatment at the Podiatry Clinic has been exemplary in the past 3/4 visits. Expert, effective (as far as I can see - my ulcer has been cured), friendly and caring. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was listened to, I was cared for in an amazing loving way. I was put at ease and looked after in the best possible way.
I was treated very well and professionally.
It was good
From speaking to someone on the phone to the actual appointment. One of the most pleasant experiences visiting a hospital.
It was informative and welcoming
It is very supportive to have a group environment and people who have lived experience of similar challenges so you don’t feel so alone
Fantastic service
